Orange Business (LA PLAINE SAINT-DENIS, 1 PLACE DES DROITS DE L'HOMME, 93200 SAINT-DENIS, FRANCE) as the data controller of the "E-Facilities Now World" application (hereinafter the application) is involved in the processing of your personal data alongside other Orange Business legal entities and external partners.

As part of the operation of the application, we collect, for our own purposes, on the basis of our legitimate interest to operate the application and manage the organization of the professional spaces, the following personal data:

Orange Business may transfer and process your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) if Orange Business legal entities located outside the EEA or third-party providers are involved in the service. Orange Business guarantees an adequate level of protection of your personal data in accordance with the regulations in force.

Your rights as a data subject are as follows: opposition, access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), limitation.
